There is no way to make working in healthcare non-traumatic for many healthcare workers. For this reason, we believe healthcare workers deserve easy to access services that improve their mental health and resilience.
Research forms the basis of our efforts to understand how we can better serve healthcare workers. We plan to partner with major universities to discover how to best serve the aim of improved outcomes for both healthcare workers and patients.

Our Programs
Treatment. Our program is designed by experts in their fields to improve the physical and mental health of healthcare workers. We aim to provide treatment and resources to assess for and mitigate suicide risk among healthcare workers.
Empower. We serve organizations and individuals through our promise to give healthcare workers access to the critical resources they need to diffuse personal and workplace stresses and tools to find more freedom and ease in their lives.
Community. We aim to provide resources to healthcare facilities and communities who have lost a healthcare worker due to suicide or unintentional overdose.
